Grace, you're so adorable.  I think I'm in love with you.  But YouTube isn't going to let you post that song on their site unless you prove that you have consent from the copyright owner.  Same goes with streaming it for profit, and with including it on your album.  I'm sure you've done the legal work but if you hadn't, then please just sell original music.  "Madam President" is original, right?  Release that.

It's a shame though, I would love to add it to my playlist.  Honey, I know you love those old songs but you're becoming too famous to publish versions of them without permission.  Also, it's unbecoming of a artist of your talent and intelligence to sell anything other than original music.  And there you go, the hardest and most rewarding work as a musician is to create music.  If you feel so compelled to put covers on your album, then ask the publishers for permission.  Then present that permission to platforms like YouTube.  Sure it's slow and tedious but again, there you go.

I need more Grace Bowers for my playlist.  I'm not interested in the skanky women that YouTube is trying to make me look at.  I might have to watch video game movies for relaxation.  Lara Croft is pretty voluptuous sometimes, but she's not real.  I saw that someone made a movie from "Shadow of the Tomb Raider", and it's only about 3 hours long plus it's in 4K resolution.  The story is kind of bleah, but it's something to veg out to while eating snacks.  The next Tomb Raider game is going to use the latest Unreal Engine, so it's going to look awesome.  When I can afford it inshaAllah, I will set up a team to use Unreal Engine for Mary's avatar.  Maybe those people are smart enough to hook it up to Second Life.  I wouldn't want to waste Mary's gigantic wardrobe.

Mundane

 

Hi Grace!  I watched your "Wine on Venus" live at the Brooklyn Bowl, 40 seconds after you posted it.  I was the 3rd view!  That was some show.  I'm looking forward to seeing you do some big headlining gigs.  I want to remind you that you are already where you are supposed to be, so there's no need to push push push all the time nor to be higher than everyone else, Madam President.  Just be cool, enjoy yourself and take it one day at a time.  Be mundane and hang on to your heart.  Make a cheeseburger!

I didn't have any burger buns, but I did score half a kilo of fresh oyster mushrooms at the market.  So pure white!  I sauteed them in the burger drippings then rolled out a tortilla.  You can see it in the photo below, I stacked the burger on the tortilla and was about to wrap it up then cook it.  No, it's not luxurious!  I didn't have any burger buns!

I picked another fruit from the young tree yesterday, the nangka.  It hadn't ripened on the tree yet, but a rupture appeared where the kernels expanded.  Bugs were interested in the wound, so I pulled it off the tree and sprayed pesticide onto it.  When I opened it up this morning, that part of the fruit was rotten of course.  But a seed inside was growing rapidly, so that part was rotten too.  Otherwise, more than half the fruit was able to be harvested.  Alhamdulillah.

Resonator

 

Hi Grace!  Nothing much going on over here, just keeping it mundane.  Colorado looks nice.  I'm love the mountains, much more than the tropics.  What a cute puppy!  It's laundry day, but I had to go to the market first.  My parents needed a couple of things, I got some produce for myself and some chicken gizzards and livers for my cats.  They love that stuff, they live for snacks.  Ah, the life of a pampered pussycat.  The biggest downer to their lives is that they have to be celibate.  Poor kitties!  Why must a kitty be celibate?  It's all their human's fault.  Birth control, plus they're all directly related.

I saw that resonator guitar on your couch, and suddenly I want one.  Something that's made entirely of metal, even the neck.  Right now I use a light glass slide because it matches my SG, I would need something heavier for a resonator.  I can't play slide guitar standing up anymore.  One day long ago I put the guitar on my lap to play slide, and I never got up since.  I don't play any slide guitar on the next album, though.  Right now folks, Mary is doing the vocal parts then I have one guitar part I need to do before I wrap this album up.  YouTube only wants video files, so it's probably going to be all text and a snapshot of Mary.  I can't produce video worth shit.  But I should have an .mp3 for you folks to download, inshaAllah.

Hiya Grace!  Crazy days, huh!  God plays us like pawns.  I see you're cranking up the followers.  I am very proud of you, Honey.  You have courage and social savvy.  Great timing too, with the reintroduction.  Don't you ever become a politician, though.  I told you this before, your place in the world is to play guitar.  Also don't forget this about expensive gifts: be sure you can afford the taxes before you accept them.

Asian girls are trying to look American.  I see this around me.  Not the Black or Hispanic Americans, but they're trying to be pretty blondes.  Why is that?  They don't quite pull it off, though.  Not even with AI.  I don't like tanned skin, by the way.  I like pale skin.  Please don't ever get a tan, Grace.

Sugar

 

Hi Grace!  How are you feeling?  What's for lunch?  You don't show the world what you eat.  I'll have you know that food and fashion businesses are big deal endorsements for our family.  You're going to get spied on anyway over these two things, so you might as well be obvious as to what you do about them.

I sure hope you're not a sugar addict.  Even though sugar is well known for its toxicity, but nowhere is it outlawed.  That's because it's too late humans, so die, die, DIE!!!  I don't consume much sugar.  I drink my coffee black no sugar, and my tea green no sugar.  I bought a kilo of sugar 3 months ago to cut my hot sauce with, I used 4 tablespoons and now it's sitting in the cooler otherwise the ants would claim it.  A kilo of sugar usually lasts me at least a year.  Sometimes I get the craving for sweet drinks, especially during the fasting month.  Then I drink the tea, and the craving goes away.  Occasionally I buy an ice cream bar.  This morning I bought a small pack of coffee candy, it should take me a month to finish it.  No, I don't have diabetes.  Alhamdulillah.  The rest of my family do, though.

Hi Gorgeous Grace!  I saw your little journey, and I'm quite impressed.  You've come so far in such a short time.  Don't forget to be grateful to God.  Speaking of journeys, keep in your head that it's not easy to run away when you're in another country.  It's also easier to get into trouble, so when you do get into trouble, you can only fight or hide.  Please pray.  OK!

It's movie night again!  Please watch this movie.  "The Devil wears Prada" (2006).  You're not a fashionista, Grace.  You are a musician.  Countless girls all over the world devote themselves to fashion.  And when they work in the fashion industry, they have to look good all the time.  No wonder they can get so grumpy.  You need to study.  Get a subscription to Vogue.  I think it's only a buck for the first year if you ordered online.  Study the ads!

That was nice of him to make those trophies for you, Grace.  Very creative, too.  I wouldn't have thought of that.  I don't have any trophies, I don't have any pictures on the walls, except for a calendar.  I don't have any mirrors either, except for one small one.  I don't really care about that stuff.

Anyway, I hope you are feeling good.  We can't always get what we want, but we can learn how to do with what we have.  That lady in the video has quite good taste in clothes but unfortunately, you need to have a certain body type to look good in them.

By the way Honey, that was a very solid blues solo you did at Bottlerock.  You are definitely accomplished in the blues, but it's not enough right?  Good thing about music, is that there is no limit to what you can do as long as you keep on doing.
