Kittens!

 

Hi Natty!  How are you, Honey? Are you excited?  Are you?  Are you?  I hope you're having tons of fun over there, Sweetie.  I wish I were with you, but I have to be here.  Yeah, there was silence yesterday for Olivia.  Mary loves her, you know.  She said she had trouble singing yesterday.  Exhausted, she said.  You should have seen her bawl for 2 hours while trying to sing when Doris Day died.  Sheesh!  Even Doris would have irritated by it.

We're going to have kittens!  InshaAllah!  I thought that Lookie was just gaining weight, then I saw yesterday that her teats were forming.  I love kittens!  Kittens are a big deal in this house.  Huge.  Lookie has been an indoors cat all her life, she was born into this house and this house is the world to her.  She's only been out of the house to see the vet.  Isn't that a melancholy photo of her that I took this morning, her watching the outside world from inside the cage where I keep the motorcycle?  2 years ago Allah gave her a mate, and now she's finally pregnant.  She's 8 years old this month, and this will be her first batch of kittens.  Everyone please pray for a beautiful and healthy batch of kittens for us!

How would I judge a Resort collection?   It's also known as a Cruise collection, right?  I guess it would be something that looks good while on holiday, without having the locals lynch you.  So here are my picks from the Saint Laurent RESORT 2022 collection:

 Hi Natty!  Aw don't you worry so much, everything will work out absolutely fabulous for us inshaAllah.  Sorry I'm running late today, I had to deal with a localized power failure.  Or in other words, one of my power strips died and I can't afford to buy another one yet, so I had to shuffle around the plugs for my stuff so I could get back to work.  It was strange to behold though, the wire inside the plastic casing simply turned to dust.  I didn't know that power strips were biodegradable.  Well, that woke me up for a short while.  But now I'm getting sleepy again.  Mary's voice has changed my brain forever, I'm always feeling like I'm about to fall asleep.

Well, that wraps up the Fall 2022 Couture collections.  And the winner of Fall 2022 Couture is.... IRIS VAN HERPEN!!!  Hooray!  Congratulations, dahlink.  I'd give you a bite of my sardine calzone that I had for dinner, but I ate it all.  Go ahead and get yourself an ice cream.  You're a big winner!  You deserve it!

I guess I'll move to Resort 2022 next.  Fall 2022 Ready-To-Wear begins on September 1.  It doesn't look like I would get through all the Resort 2022 collections by then, so I wouldn't judge it as a competition.  Maybe.
