My Boss is Allah

I'm afraid the stream is still messed up folks, and I am not able to deliver Mary Unknown7's singing to the rest of the world outside of the local area.  I talked to my ISP about when they would restore my proper service, and they gave me a political answer: "As soon as possible".  A political answer tells me that there are politics involved, and I can understand if the people want to keep the music local.  But my Boss is Allah, and my orders are to stand my ground here and present the music to the world.  So this is my response: actions speak louder than words.  The world can see how much regard people have for the music that Allah gave me by the way they treat me.  I am being kept so poor that I cannot afford to marry my Natty, nor able to afford music and computer services and equipment.  I plead my case to Allah.

Sambal belacan burger

Hi Natty!  How are you doing, beautiful girl?  I hope you are keeping yourself safe, and are happy and healthy.  I'm still having Internet problems here, so the karaoke stream from Mary Unknown7's vocal session was very choppy today.  The voice feed in Second Life seemed stable, so I suggest you folks tune in to that.  Upload speed is awful right now, I will post the words and links first then add Mary's snapshots later.  Are you hungry, Natty?  I had an extra extra thick crust pizza for dinner again, and used up the last of my home made halal spicy beef sausage, and I enjoyed it with the last of my mother's "sambal belacan" (hot sauce made from fresh hot peppers and "belacan" (fermented shrimp paste) and other ingredients).  "Sambal belacan" and melted cheese is a perfect match, folks.  You should try making burgers with it.  Cook the burger, then add a glop of "sambal belacan" on it then a slice of cheese on top to melt.  You will be hooked!  The "sambal belacan" has to be good however.  Don't use the mediocre stuff.

Internet problems

Hi Natty.  How are you today?  I hope everything is going easy and smoothly for you.  I'm having trouble uploading again, so I guess they haven't really resolved that issue from the last time.  I was able to log into Second Life today with Mary Unknown7.  The stream was working too, with disconnections only once per hour, which was a blessing, so alhamdulillah.  I am having trouble uploading Mary's snapshots today for all you fanatics out there, but I will get that done once everything is working properly again.

Babble

 Hi Natty!  How are you feeling?  Well, I hope you are enjoying yourself and keeping safe and healthy.  I know you don't like people talking about you, but it's OK honey.  It's just part of the job, and you're not obligated to listen to them.  They're jealous of you and how pretty you are, so they babble.  A funny thing though, one would think that in Second Life everybody would be beautiful right?  But there's oh so much jealous babbling, about appearance too!  Mary Unknown7 was displeased with me today because I make her wear such slutty outfits sometimes.  I told her that she's not the one wearing those outfits, her avatar is, therefore it's not real.  She does have to dress like a rock star you know, because she is a rock star.  Mary said that she had to deal with a lot of irritating people today because of the outfit.  I told her to block them, but she didn't.  Well then.

I think Mary looks German today.  Don't you agree?

And the cat gets another bath

Hi Natty!  What's up?  Are you still in Covidland, or are you back home?  Please keep safe wherever you are.  Yeah, I had to give Floofy another bath today.  The kittens really did a number on her and gave her a most stubborn fungal infection, which turned the fur on her chest and legs dark.  I have medicine for it and at times she seems like she improved, but it's a see-saw battle and today I decide to give her a bath to help clean her up.  Giving the cat a bath the last time was exhausting, but today I was mentally and emotionally prepared for it.  I was ready to chase the cat all over the bathroom while stooping and scrubbing away.  I was half-naked, loosely clothed and ready for bathroom warfare, and I muscled my way over the cat while remaining as gentle as a kitten to my precious pussycat.  If you put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything!  Well it didn't make the labor easier, just tolerable.

Are you hungry?  My mother makes the best "sambal belacan" which is a hot sauce made of fresh hot peppers and "belacan" (fermented shrimp paste) plus other ingredients.  It's the best in the country and so very tasty, but the caveat is that it's very hot and spicy and you have to eat it while it's still fresh.  So I designed today's menu so Mom's "sambal belacan" provides the main flavor: fried noodles for lunch, and steak and onions with steamed rice for dinner.  I recently discovered a trick with beef, namely if you cook it long enough it becomes tender.  Of course you need a tenderizer which I won't mention here, but to the locals it should be obvious.  The downside is that the meat is always well done, but the advantage is that even the gristle and tendons become gelatinous and very tasty.  Which is great for me, since I can't afford beef tenderloin and sirloin.

Hi Natty

 How are you feeling today?  I hope you are keeping safe and healthy.  I'm just kicking back and relaxing and still eating my dinner, after just praying the sunset prayer.  I made curry pups again, which is a convenient fix after cutting the grass.  I can shower while the curry pups cool on the rack, then eat them in my bedroom/office while waiting for sunset and watching TV.  The natives are restless here today.  This had been a fairly green zone until now.  Apparently somebody in the neighboring state decided to break quarantine and open shop, and next thing you know 10 people here are infected, I suppose after a family member decided to eat at that shop.  The government has been quick to chase after and lock down on infected clusters, they are efficient at that I must say.  But of course, anything can happen.  Anyway, I have one more curry pup to swallow, while doing wardrobe with Mary Unknown7 next.  I love you!
