In the name of Allah, most Gracious, most Merciful.
Hi there, my most beautiful Julia and Erin. You are the most beautiful girls in the world. You are my wives, inshaAllah. How are you feeling right now? I pray you are feeling great, and having a great time. Please maintain your prayers and be good girls. I want you to know that I love you, I love you. And I need you, I need you.
For dinner I had 2 pizzas. Well you weren't here, so I ate both. Well, I was hungry. Don't worry, they were only 8" pizzas. I made home made halal beef sausage and basil pizzas again. Oh my God, that home made halal beef sausage is SO good. Ya Allah, thank You for bounty and the knowledge You have given me. After the last time I made my home made halal beef sausage, I couldn't find ground beef anywhere. Not even beef burgers. So I had to make my own minced beef. I bought about a kilo of imported beef, from was from India I think, which is cheaper than local beef, and minced that up in my spice grinder. I asked the butcher to give me the fatty parts, but there was a bit of gristle in there. But otherwise my mincing the beef in the spice grinder worked, and I was able to make the sausage. Totally awesome for pizza. You must try some. Now if only I can find halal sausage casing so I can make links. Incidentally, after I minced my own beef, ground beef was suddenly everywhere again. Coincidence? Nah. Annoying.
