Oh, you had some trouble there at the blues festival.  Your microphone got shut off.  You dressed like you were expecting trouble.  Do you think they did it on purpose?

Perhaps.  Any blues circle makes life hard for "outsiders".  It might even be sexism.  What baffles me is why you care so much about them.  I'm sure most of those ugly men would rather be a beautiful woman who has money to spend.  Why would you allow yourself to get dragged down to their level?  You can play the blues anywhere for people who appreciate you.  Don't expect everyone to love you.  Don't expect everyone to respect you.  You can't force them, either.  You would get better results by producing a great blues album over trying to get the blues greats to sing your praises, being part of the "gang".

By the way, a Pignose doesn't have tremolo nor reverb!

I haven't received any donations nor financial help since returning to Malaysia 17 years ago, I have to live on whatever money my 87 year old mother gives me.  If I had received the donation money, I would have paid the zakat on it.  I'm not going to proceed with Shadowplay's next album until I upgrade my musical and computer equipment. You're damned right I care about your safety.  But I'm not there to keep you on a leash, so please keep yourself on a leash.  All it takes is ONE traumatic experience, ONE mistake, and you'll never be the same again.  Don't think the experience is necessary to create.  True creation is from God, everything else is selfish human shit.  So please be a pampered pussycat and keep away from risk.  You don't need it, and I love you.

I want you to be the greatest electric guitarist ever!  Here's some homework for you, Grace.  Play these 2 videos back to back loud, so loud that you can't hear the snares rattle.  Then improvise along with them without doing the same thing over and over again and without pausing, play over them and drown them out.  If you can't do this, then these MEN are better guitarists than you.  Please post a video of your completion of this homework on the Internet so I can grade it.  Refusal to do this task means that these MEN are better guitarists than you.  You have one month to complete this assignment.
