Hello there, my most beautiful Ladies. How is your day today? I hope you ar feeling great, and having a wonderful time. It's Monday today. Nothing special going on, plus everyday is Monday or Tuesday or whatever day because I work everyday. Alhamdulillah. There is a night market over at the crossroads every Monday, but I don't have the money to spend on it so I cook my own food today. I still have all that coconut to finish. It made a great coleslaw for lunch, and I boiled the rest. It softened up nicely with boiling, but I haven't experimented with it yet, I just used the water to dilute my home made generic curry paste, which I had with a few tortillas. The tortillas here are good lately, so I don't mind eating that all the time. Otherwise there's not much to report, just still alive alhamdulillah. You take care now. I love you.

What am I going to do with all these coconuts?
Hi there, my precious Ladies! How are you feeling today? Nice and cool, I hope. What with all the hubbub and activity, let's keep our emotions under control. It's a nice cool day over here. I like cool weather, so I'm in a good mood right now. My parents were hankering for young coconut juice. Young coconut juice is medicinal, they say. So I had to take that big heavy saw on a long stick, and harvest some young coconuts. These coconuts were a bit older, so they didn't produce that much juice. It usually takes 3 coconuts to fill up my Mom's jug, but today it took 6. That's because the juice turns into meat as the coconut matures, so that means I had 6 coconuts worth of meat! What am I going to do with all these coconuts? I'm sure you are familiar with mature coconuts, the meat is too hard to bite into so people usually scrape and squeeze it for milk. These coconuts are not at that stage yet, one can still bite into them and eat them raw, with the texture of carrots. I had over a kilo of meat, I can't keep it all in my freezer! It's full of chicken! Then it occurred to me, why not treat it like a staple, like rice or bread? Except that young coconut doesn't need to be cooked. So I diced them all up into 1 or 2 bit Lego sized chunks, stuffed most of it into my freezer, then fried some up with some onion and a diced up burger. With just salt it wasn't flavorful enough, so I added a spoon of my generic curry paste and that turned out to be the perfect flavor. So I ate that all up, and now I'm waiting for my stomach to perhaps have a bad reaction to the food. It shouldn't inshaAllah. The coconut could be smaller in size though and use some softening up, so tomorrow I'll maybe blend the stuff into hummus then steam it like rice, and we'll see what happens.

All that cooking and still no dinner
Hi there, my wonderful Ladies! How are you feeling today? I hope all is well, and smooth sailing for you. It's a relatively nice day here, not too hot. I did go out in the morning to get some eggs, chillies and gasoline, but otherwise I spent the whole day pretty much in the kitchen. All that cooking, and I still haven't had dinner yet! My first project (besides lunch, which was chicken curry burritos) was "sambal tumis" (blended chillies, onions and "belacan" (fermented shrimp paste) fried until saturated) which I often talk about because I always use it, as you one day will experience inshaAllah, because it's a great go-to hot sauce. I put it in pretty much anything and everything. I don't often make desserts, which I'm sure I will make many desserts when we marry inshaAllah, because I don't have much of a sweet tooth. Today, I made a first attempt at "pulut seri kaya" (glutenous rice with a top layer of coconut egg jam). It wasn't perfect, it's my first attempt, I think I know what I did wrong and next time should be better. I bought the stuff ready for the fasting month, but I only got to it now. It's very sweet. It smells very sweet. Then I made chilli and garlic sauce, for hot wings and dipping fried won tons or chicken nuggets and such. Peeling all that garlic took a long time. It's very tasty though. Garlic is very tasty but oh so unromantic. What, no kiss? Finally, I made my dinner which is chicken noodle soup, with rice vermicelli for the noodles. It has mint, chives, garlic, onion and honey in it. It's still on the stove top, I haven't had the chance to finish it yet. So I'm going to eat my dinner now. Want some?

Artificial Intelligence
Hello there, my beautiful Ladies! How are you today? i hope you are feeling calm and happy, and business is nice and easy for you. I spent the whole morning today in the kitchen. I had to make some of my generic curry. I made it extra thick so it could be spread over bread , like the fresh batch of tortilla dough I have in the cooler. I'm planning on adding it to sauteed onions and chicken for some quick curry flavored burritos. If I wanted normal curry, I could just add water then meats and veggies. As I guessed, the computer took care of the latency problems I've been having. My computer, this computer I'm using now to write this letter, handles all my Internet work including what I use for voice training which is Second Life, the microphone preamp, the jukebox, and the slide show of my Erin and Natty. A lot of work for an old computer, well I don't do a lot of traveling in Second Life, but it handles its workload fantastically alhamdulillah. It took quite a shock from the big storm on the 9th of August so it suffered some latency, but it fixed itself. The latency came back today, though. Yeah there's a lot going on locally, maybe it wanted to keep the signal dirty for webcast. Then it played mostly local songs for the first hour until a certain someone logged out, then it played the English songs. Now as I write this letter, the latency is gone again. Could it be that smart? I don't know... I need new stuff...

The chicken gourmet
Hi there, my lovely Ladies! How are you feeling today? Are you feeling and doing well? I hope you are. I spent most of my day in the kitchen today. It's because I went to the supermarket in the morning, and bought a chicken. I eat a lot of chicken nowadays. It's because I've weaned my cats off kibble. That's because Floofy can't eat kibble anymore, then Lookie wants the same food as Floofy or else she throws a tantrum. The kitten Yoolie doesn't really care: she wolfs down whatever I give at top speed, so she can go over to the other cat bowls and wolf down what's in there. A speed eater. A trash eater. She probably was born in a big family. The chicken is fat today, so that's good: more meat over bones. The 2 adult cats eat only pure raw white or red meat, no skin, innards or fat, but the gizzard is acceptable. Since it's raw chicken, I keep it in the freezer until a couple of hours before feeding time when I move it from freezer to cooler. Chicken flesh is rather easy to cut when partially frozen, yet not slimy. The kitten gets the meat I pull from the bones after simmering them for broth. That's a lot of meat plus the trash parts, she doesn't care, she loves it. Cats are naturally predators, so bird flesh should be perfect food for them. In fact, the food is so efficient for them that they generate very little poop, which is great for me the cat's human. What do I eat? I've been eating chicken. Dinner today was spicy chicken and fried onion tortillas.
