Movie night

 

Hi Natty!  How are you doing today, Sweetie?  Hee hee auto complete!  Of course, I love you genuinely.  Are you having tons of fun over there?  Please keep safe and healthy OK!  I scored a two for one deal on coffee beans at Starbucks today!  The beans are old, but I don't care.  I can't drink coffee other than Starbucks anymore.  I also got 2 pomegranates for 3 bucks!  This was from the same batch as the last time, but that batch was super sweet!  I'm so stoked!

Until I get a new ISP, my desktop pc is only good for playing music and watching TV from my video collection.  That means tonight is movie night!  "Fargo" (1996).   Don't you miss the snow, Honey?  Minnesota would be too cold for me, I guess.  The Coen brothers sure whipped themselves up an entertaining movie.  But they shouldn't have put that "true story" disclaimer at the beginning of the movie.

Resizing images on this phone is a bloody nightmare, so I stopped trying.  Obviously.

A new era

Hi Natty!  It's a new era, but I still love this picture best!  Yeah, I don't want those other girls to float to the top of my blog.  How are you, Honey?  I hope you are happy skippy and keeping safe and healthy.  Yes, it's the era of the cell phone for me.  I'm so used to a desktop pc, so this is very awkward for me.  It took me all day to compose this post.  What's so irritating is that the return button looks like the back button, and is right above it.

Also I'm used to keeping an eye on all the information on the monitor while Mary sings, now she holds the phone up to her mouth and I feel quite useless.  That's certainly what my tax forms say.  It's very strange indeed to run a global stream from a cell phone.  Then Mary accidentally touched the "disconnect" button while she thrashes around as singers typically do.  Today and yesterday.  I tried hooking up a microphone to the cell phone, but her voice kept overloading it.  So she has to hold the phone up to her mouth like well, a phone.

I also have to be stingier with my picks for my fashion reviews, because I'm not used to working on this phone.  Which is a shame, because Norma Kamali has a lot of nice stuff.  She's going to the final round for sure.

On the plus side, I kind of like auto complete.

Oh dear

 Hi Natty!  How are you, Honey?  I hope you are feeling great and having a fabulous time.  Please keep safe and healthy,  my love.  I wasn't able to fully stream today, only the free-shoutcast stream was available.  This was because of my ISP.  I've had enough of them, so I'm going to close the account.  Until I get a replacement ISP, only the free-shoutcast stream will be active.  So no girlie pictures for now, sorry about that, folks.

I will try to get the fashion reviews posted, but not today.

Strawberry moon

 

Hi Natty!  How are you feeling, Honey?  I hope you are feeling confident, and having a mahvelous time.  You are MY girl, and I love you with ALL of my heart.  Please keep yourself safe and healthy OK!  Did you see the strawberry moon?  I tried to take a photo of it, but the camera on my phone isn't good enough.  I might as well had taken a photo of a light bulb.  I need one of those high end phones with the super high quality camera.  Apparently, my stomach doesn't think highly of my fried pasta.  It regards it as "acceptable but not preferred".  That's because it's an old fart with no sense of adventure outside of its routine.  Oh, I made bread stuffed with creamy lentil dip again!  The lentils made the bread stick like mad to the pan even though I used a lot of grease, so I couldn't get a snapshot.  It tastes really good, though.  I will make it for you one day, inshaAllah.  Until then, maybe you would like to whet your appetite on this video about frog farming:

Fried pasta

 

Hi Natty!  How are you, Honey?  Were you waiting for me?  I'm waiting for you!  I hope you are enjoying yourself over there, and keeping safe and healthy.  Today is Sunday over here.  Sundays are always busy for me, and today was laborious.  Labor puts me in a bad mood and when it came time to cook dinner, I was pretty grumpy.  I felt better after eating, though.  The leftovers in the fridge said "fried noodles" to me, but I didn't have any noodles and I didn't want to go out.  So I boiled up some angel hair pasta, then used my fried noodle routine to turn it into beef chow mein.  It didn't taste like fried noodles, though.  It tasted like fried pasta.  Want some?
