The quiche

 

Hi Natyy!  How are you?  Aw don't you worry so much my darling, everything will work out great for us inshaAllah.  You are MY girl, and I love you with all of my heart.  Are you hungry?  I made another attempt at a quiche this morning.  I'm almost there, but not yet.  Let's just say that the quiche was better upside down.  I'll get there Honey, I just need my own routine and master the logistics of using a toaster oven.  The biggest issue is that I use 10 eggs at a time.  I suppose I could make a smaller portion, but it wouldn't look like a quiche unless it's in a round baking pan.  No worries, my cats helped me finish it, after all it's only eggs and bread.  It tasted good, but I was so full for lunch.  My cats were full, too.  When it was time for their cat food later, the meows were unenthusiastic.  Gordon seems to have a nice approach to his quiche.  I suppose instead of using pig, you could use bits of steak, just be sure that each piece has equal parts meat and fat.  Sweeten the buts a little with honey folks, so they blacken nicely.

Piece of pie

 

Hi Natty!  How are you?  It's not easy being a role model, huh.  And you're so pretty!  Have fun being you, my love.  Please keep safe and healthy.  I finally got around to cutting the grass by the road to the elementary school.  Both the weed whacker and the ventilation fan in my bedroom are suddenly running at jacked up speeds for some reason.  I think I can fix the weed whacker, but the fan is a lost cause.  I'm just going to have to run it at that speed until it dies, and be ready to buy a replacement.

Look, I made a pie!

What actually happened is that I made 2 calzones then stuffed them together in a pie pan.  It worked out better than I expected!  Alhamdulillah.  Look!  A piece for you and a piece for me!  The stuffing is roughly mushed up sardines and my go-to hot sauce.  Tomorrow is quiche for lunch inshaAllah!

Cut the sauce

 

Hi Natty!  How are you, Honey?  I'm guessing that life is comfortable for you, as I prayed it should be because you are MY girl.  Please make sure you take good care of your health and safety because you are very precious to me.  It's a low energy day for me.  I wanted to cut the grass by the side of the road, but I cut the sauce instead.  I made some hot sauce in the morning, a "go to" sauce for whatever purpose.  The video above is very clever, a very basic "sambal tumis" or hot sauce, the type I made today.  Dried chillies can be very potent.  My mother advised me to remove the seeds before hydrating them, then washing the boiled chillies until the water is colorless.  Even so, the sauce from dried chillies is too potent for my McDonald's stomach.  I had to shop around for a packaged blended chillies, and trial by error to discover one that didn't hurt my stomach.  I also added "belacan" (fermented shrimp paste) and blended tamarind.  The "belacan" had enough salt, but blended chillies need to be "cut" so the flavor isn't too sharp.  This is also true for tomato sauces.  "Cut" meaning sweetened.  I mean slightly sweetened, just enough to neutralize the tartness, not to make it sweet.  I don't have sugar in my house, so I used some honey instead.  That's it.  Aside from using blended chillies, onions, and oil, I added "belacan" and tamarind.  Oh yeah, I did that in the morning.  In the evening, I made a batch of dough instead of cutting the grass.

Nice weather

 

Hi Natty!  How are you today, Honey?  I hope you are having an awesome time, and keeping safe and healthy.  So did you folks miss this blog?  I'll bet you did.  I use this blog to write to my Sweetie.  I need to remind the locals that if I failed to build a house for my wife here, then I will be forced to move out of this village in order to be married.

I hate hot weather.  It seems the whole world is heating up.  I don't want to move to a place where it's hot most of the time.  But even France and jolly old England has been getting unbearably hot.  It can't be like that everywhere.  I want mild summers, and I can stay indoors all winter, and I don't give much of a damn about big cities.  Maybe the Netherlands or Sweden would be nice.  The weather here has been very nice lately.  Sure it gets hot here during the day, but it's not 100 degrees.  Lately it's been nice and cool.  Right now it's nice and cool.  I like the weather right now.  Oh, I'm too lazy to move.

I've had to put Lookie back on the pee suppressant pills.  She's been off the pills for over 4 months now, but she asked me yesterday to go back on medication.  This house is rough on my female cats.  It's because of Mary's singing.  Mary keeps on leveling up, and my poor kitty has to listen to her everyday.  Mary can't keep on leveling up, the graph has to flatten out eventually.  You folks need to pay attention to Aubrey Logan.  If it were high notes that you people like, then Aubrey belts them out with skill and power.  Aubrey Logan is an incredible singer.
