The white hot galangal substitute for peppers

 

Hi Natty!  How are you, Honey?  I hope you are feeling fabulous my darling, and having tons of fun while keeping safe and healthy.  Wow, I sure slept a lot last night.  I must have been really tired.  8 hours!  Alhamdulillah.  I still felt drowsy in the afternoon, though.  Why is that?  I wish I could master that mental shortcoming, and transfer the drowsiness to midnight instead.

I'm pretty frustrated that I can't eat red hot chilli peppers anymore.  I can't eat the green ones, either.  My mouth craves the heat, but my stomach says no way.  Suddenly galangal came into my life.  It's as hot as a hot pepper, but it has flavor and the heat lingers too.  And it definitely agrees with my stomach.  I've been using it all the time recently in lieu of hot peppers.  I just had curry pups with galangal in them.  Hm, could have used more.  Another useful spice is coriander seeds.  It's a very effective anti-gas, but it has to be incorporated into the cooking otherwise you would have to remember to ingest some.  Yes, it does have a strong flavor of coriander.  By the way Honey, please remember to say "In the name of Allah, most Gracious, most Merciful" or "In the name of Allah" or at the very least "in the name of God" before you take the first bite/sip of any food or beverage.  You don't have to shout it out, just the slightest whisper will do.

Hi Natty!  How are you today, Honey?  I hope that everything is going well for you over there, and you are feeling great and keeping safe.  Oh, I'm so drowsy!  I've been sleepwalking all day.  I wish I could drowsy in the middle of the night as I do in the middle of the day.

People are spending more time than ever in front of a TV screen.  People will need to tell the difference between events in real life that confirms TV versus events in real life that is confirmed by TV, but few of them ever will.  Sure I have to spend a lot of time in front of a computer, but this computer gets powered off twice a day, and the other computer is isolated from the Internet.  I don't carry a cell phone with me wherever I go, and I don't even wear a watch.  This evening I had to catch up on burning trash around the yard.  I managed to build a pile of trash where the brush is thickest, but I didn't have time to keep the fire going.  The debris was still wet anyway, so I burned what I could.  Friday lunch is usually ramen, and today I had some beef ribs from the last Eid.  Beef ribs make awesome stock, I didn't need to add the flavor pack.  A nice, mild broth full of flavor.  I wish I had hot sauce, but my stomach is telling me to give up hot sauce.  **sob**  I love spicy food.

Hi Natty!  Thank you for your support, Honey!  I love you with all of my heart!  I hope you're having tons of fun over there, and keeping safe and healthy.  I'm having dinner as I blog.  Curry pups!  They're so convenient, for eating and running!  They still need to be prepped and cooked though, that's time consuming.  At least I don't have to eat someone else's curry pups, I prefer my own cooking.  I had to throw away my hot chilli oil!  My stomach can't handle chillis anymore, even though my mouth loves them.

It figures that Adolf Kitler's children would all be white.  Not entirely white, though.  White with colored spots.  Only the females are black and white like their father.  The boys have some of their mother's markings on them.  The crib was smelling like infant cat pee, so I had to change the towel in there.  Too much infant cat pee for their mother to lick up, I guess.  The kittens were all hissing at me when I picked them up, as you can see from the snapshots below.  Except the one whose eyes are opening.  Fancy that!  Not even a week old yet!  I think Helmut is going to be big and strong like his father:

You know how cats have either stubby or long tails?  Their parents have long tails with stubby ends.  But all the kittens' tails are perfect.  Perfectly boned, right to the tip.  So does their older sister, Jane Rambo.  Very interesting.

Hi Natty!  How's business, Honey?  I hope you're having tons of fun riding the snake and making lots of money.  Please keep safe and healthy.  It's business as usual here for me!  Honey, what do you think about the Kardashian/Balenciaga scandal?  The video above is all I've seen about it, and I didn't any evidence of wrongdoing other than an eyewitness account.  Of course, I haven't dug any deeper about the matter.  I'm such a lazy butt.

Music is "dakwah" for me, thus I am forbidden to ask the humans for any compensation.  But fashion is a by-product of music, and I have already asked the fashion industry to pay me for my work so that I can afford to be married to my Natty.  I haven't received any money from them, so that means "no".  Their ignoring my needs is not my problem, but theirs.  I'll get by somehow, inshaAllah.
